Hi Y’all!

This is my first blog post for Gracefully Fashionable. My name is Brittany Young born and raised in Kentucky now happily married in Indiana. Growing up I always loved to play with my dolls and dress up. My love for clothes and fashion continued through my teenage years. Some of those outfits I wish to permanently ban from my memory, but hey everyone goes through those awkward teenage years, right?

I went on to graduate from Western Kentucky University with an education degree. I graduated in May and come July I was married and moving to the big old city of Indianapolis. It so crazy how we can’t wait to graduate from college then when we do, we realize we weren’t as ready as we thought we were.

Now almost three years later here I am writing this blog post. I love fashion, beauty, and wellness. I love reading about them on blogs and watching videos about them on YouTube. I want to share my love for these topics and through this blog that is my goal.

(Check out my youtube channel for videos one fashion, beauty, and lifestyle!)

The name I felt had to be perfect, I spent days thinking about a name. Finally Gracefully Fashionable came to mind. I picked Gracefully because I want my channel to have an aspect of grace and goodness to it. I am a commandment keeping, grace loving, believer in Christ and I feel the passion in my heart to share with women that they are beautiful and loved by their Creator.

I picked Fashionable because like I said I love fashion. But fashion doesn’t just have to be about clothes. I think to be fashionable also has to do with your lifestyle of your faith, health, wellness, and beauty.

I hope to share with you fashion ideas and reviews, how I went from makeup obsessed to realizing natural beauty works best for me, how I became gluten free, and how I have grown in my faith.

My dream is for the blog to become a source of encouragement and love that inspires women of all ages to take time and love themselves.

“You are altogether beautiful, my darling, beautiful in everyway.”
